For customers who are taking a Boost, the account and SIM will remain active while the Boost is in place. Once the Boost expires, the customer will revert to the standard PAYG top-up requirement. The top-up due date will be extended automatically throughout the duration of the Boost being in place and the top-up due date may be significantly beyond the Boost end date.

To top-up your 1pMobile account, you have several options:

1. Top-up in your account: Log in to your 1pMobile account and visit the Top-ups page. You can add a minimum of £10 and a maximum of £50 each time.

2. Top-up by text: Send a text message of TOPUP to 07950014111. This will top your phone up with £10 of credit. For larger amounts, text TOPUP followed by the amount you want to top-up to 07950014111. For example, TOPUP 20 to 07950014111 will add £20 to your phone from your stored payment details. The minimum top-up by text is £10 and the maximum is £90.

3. Auto top-up: Set up an auto top-up which will automatically top up your phone on your next top-up due date or when your phone balance drops below £2 (whichever happens first). When your phone balance drops below £2, your chosen amount will be collected from your registered debit or credit card and added to your phone. This will be applied a maximum of once per day.

The shipping policy of 1pMobile.com is as follows: The Agreement commences on the date that you agree to the terms that they offer you and continues thereafter unless cancelled by them or by you. The commencement date for any Service is the date that such Service is activated by you, or 7 days after the SIM card has been dispatched by them, whichever is the earliest. They reserve the right to cancel this Agreement prior to any Services going live if they are unable to verify any of the information provided to them by you. For customers who are not taking a Boost (i.e. pure PAYG customers), in order to remain a customer, you must top-up your 1pMobile phone/account with at least £10 once every 120 days with effect from the Commencement Date. If you do not meet this requirement, they will close your 1pMobile account, your mobile number will be disconnected, and any unused credit will be lost.
