If a customer has ported a mobile number to 1pMobile, then the number will be returned to the issuing network provider and may not be retrievable. The current minimum top-up is £10. For customers who are taking a Boost, the account and SIM will remain active while the Boost is in place. Once the Boost expires, the customer will revert to the standard PAYG top-up requirement. The top-up due date will be extended automatically throughout the duration of the Boost being in place and the top-up due date may be significantly beyond the Boost end date.

To top-up your 1pMobile account, you have several options:

Top-up in your account: Log in to your 1pMobile account and visit the Top-ups page. You can add a minimum of £10 and a maximum of £50 each time.

Top-up by text: Send a text message of TOPUP to 07950014111. This will top your phone up with £10 of credit. For larger amounts, text TOPUP followed by the amount you want to top-up to 07950014111.
